Leah is a warm and open psychologist who operates from a person-centred approach. Leah has experience working across the lifespan; guiding children, adolescents, and adults in building their skills to equip them as they navigate life’s ups and downs. She incorporates evidenced-based strategies such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-based practices. She supports clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or interpersonal issues.

Leah studied at the University of Western Sydney and University of Wollongong. Prior to achieving registration as a psychologist, Leah worked in the education sector in lecturer and management roles. She has extensive experience supporting injured workers return to work and life, and has gained experience with a range of psychological and physical health presentations across numerous roles.

Over the last part of her psychology internship, Leah worked in private practice settings assisting individuals through the NDIS and private funding to achieve their goals and build meaningful lives.

As a mother of a big family, Leah is passionate about improving connection and communication with those in our closest circle who support us along the way. Whether it is a feeling of being ‘stuck’ or needing help with your transition to the next stage of life, Leah enjoys supporting clients through their unique journey.
