Treatment Services

Care that understands your world

At Regenerative Psychology, we provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming therapy for people living across regional and rural Australia. Our treatment approach is grounded in deep respect for your expertise in your own life and the realities of rural communities, privacy, distance, community pressures, and limited local services.

We meet you where you are, with flexible telehealth that feels personal and connected.

Funding Options

We are not a bulk-billing clinic. We work with a range of funding pathways to keep support as accessible as possible for rural clients:

  • Private Funded / Private Health
  • NDIS (self- and plan-managed participants)
  • Medicare (Mental Health Treatment Plan)
  • Medicare (Eating Disorder Treatment Plan)
  • Workers Compensation & Motor Vehicle Accidents
  • Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA)

If you’re not sure which pathway applies to you, our admin team can guide you.

Who You’ll Work With

Our team of rural-minded psychologists and clinicians bring a warm, human approach to care. Each member is experienced in trauma-informed therapy, neurodiversity, and the unique pressures of regional life.

Yes. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates on regular psychology sessions.

Your GP can advise you on this, and our admin team can help clarify any questions.

Your first session focuses on understanding your concerns, your goals, and your day-to-day context.

We work collaboratively, there’s no pressure to “tell everything at once.”

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and immediate next steps.

Wait times vary depending on the clinician, but we aim to offer appointments as soon as possible.

If you have flexibility with appointment times, we can often book you in more quickly.

Rural privacy is one of our core considerations.

All sessions are conducted through secure telehealth platforms, and our clinicians follow strict confidentiality standards.

You can also choose where and how you connect to ensure comfort and discretion.

No problem. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll help match you to the clinician best suited to your needs and goals.

We are not an emergency service.

If you’re in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact your local emergency services, Lifeline on 13 11 14, or your nearest hospital.
