Rhiannon (she/her) is dedicated to empowering clients via evidence-based interventions. With her warm, empathetic, and adaptable therapeutic approach, she aims to foster resilience, self-awareness, and lasting positive change.
Rhiannon is trained and experienced in multiple psychological approaches including: CBT (+ CBT-E for Eating Disorders), ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing. She works with adolescents and adults.

Rhiannon is a registered psychologist with multiple academic recognitions. She is a trained and credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with the ANZAED with training in CBT-E. She has completed additional studies in adolescent and young adult health and wellbeing / health promotion and particularly enjoys supporting young people.
Throughout her training, Rhiannon has gained extensive experience working and living in rural and remote communities. Completing her provisional registration with the Royal Flying Doctor Service Rhiannon had the opportunity to support small communities across remote parts of New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia where she provided treatment services under multiple programs.
Rhiannon is motivated to support clients in rural and remote communities towards wellness and further develop her clinical knowledge via tailored professional development.
