Privacy Policy for Client Information
Our psychological services are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988). Client records are securely stored using Halaxy, an encrypted practice management system.
Collection & Use of Client Data
Client information is collected through direct interactions, referrals, and administrative processes. Personal data is retained for 7 years or until a client turns 25 (whichever is longer).
Confidentiality & Disclosure
Your information is confidential except when:
- Required by law (e.g., subpoena, legal proceedings).
- Disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
- You provide explicit consent for sharing information.
Access & Corrections to Client Information

Payment Processing & Fees
Regenerative Psychology uses Halaxy for payment processing. By using our services, you authorize Halaxy to process payments from your stored debit/credit card.
- Processing Fees: Clients are responsible for Halaxy transaction fees (max 2% + $1 per transaction).
- Automatic Payments: Fees may be automatically processed at the time of your appointment. Medicare rebates (if applicable) will be processed automatically.
Use of AI in Content Creation
Regenerative Psychology may use ChatGPT AI to assist with creating blog posts, course materials, and social media content. While AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy, it does not replace professional expertise.
For transparency, we align our AI use with Psychology Squared’s AI standards (view guidelines).
Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates. If required by law, we will obtain consent for significant changes.
