Lauren began her journey in psychology in the Illawarra region, at the University of Wollongong. She completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) incorporating English literature and history electives before completing the 4th and 5th year psychology programs which allowed her to start practice.

Lauren relocated to Sydney working across a variety of roles focused on psychometric assessment, individual treatment and group programs. Lauren gained extensive experience in the occupational setting (disability employment services, workers compensation), earning a Master of Business Psychology from the University of Newcastle.

In 2020, after getting married and going into self-imposed lockdown with the COVID-19 pandemic, Lauren relocated to a farm in rural NSW nearby the charming town of Holbrook. She worked remotely in her supervisory role before founding Regenerative Psychology in mid 2021 bringing psychological services to the local region.

Outside of psychology, Lauren enjoys reading, a multitude of crafting projects, spending time with her pets, and raising a small herd of cattle with her husband.
