• We prioritise clarity, collaboration, and responsive communication — we’ll keep you updated and provide reports as per nationally recognised referral frameworks.

Referral Requirements

Please note, we always recommend consulting the funding body if you are unsure of what is required for a referral, these are the requirements we need to be able to accept the referral.

What You Can Expect From Us

• Timely response — we aim to contact referred patients within 1–2 business days.
• Professional, trauma-informed, rural-aware care — therapy and assessments delivered via secure telehealth, sensitive to the challenges faced by rural clients.
• Clear communication and reports — when requested or required (e.g. Medicare cycle completion, assessment outcomes, EAP workplace reports).
• Collaborative, flexible care — willing to coordinate with GPs, specialists, or other supports as needed for integrated care.
