Daliya is passionate about helping adults better understand themselves, clarify challenges, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re exploring neurodiversity (ADHD, autism), navigating life transitions, or working through mood, anxiety, or trauma concerns, Daliya brings a compassionate, evidence-informed, and developmental lens to every session.T), DBT-informed strategies, Schema Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy — tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. She has a particular passion for ADHD and autism assessments for adults, using gold-standard tools like DIVA-5, Connors, ABAS, and PAI to provide clear, practical answers and next steps.
In therapy, Daliya draws on an integrative toolkit — blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), DBT-informed strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, and Interpersonal approaches — each adapted to your unique needs and goals. She holds a neuroaffirmative stance in her work, especially when supporting autistic adults, and creates a validating, collaborative space where clients can explore new ways of thinking and being.
Daliya brings a global and culturally sensitive perspective to her practice. Clients often describe her as warm, curious, and gently challenging in a way that helps them feel heard and supported.
Outside work, she enjoys creative arts, caring for her greyhounds, and spending time in nature with her family.
