Daliya has a strong interest in adult ADHD and Autism assessments, using gold-standard tools including DIVA-5, Conners, ABAS, and the PAI. Her assessment approach is clear, collaborative, and neuroaffirming, focused on providing understanding, validation, and practical next steps.
In therapy, she draws on an integrative range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), DBT-informed strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. She adapts her approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Outside of work, Daliya enjoys creative arts, spending time in nature with her family, and caring for her greyhounds. She speaks English and Hungarian fluently, and has additional conversational knowledge of German, Italian, and Norwegian.
