Callista Goh

Registered psychologist


Callista (she/her) is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care, tailoring her approach to the unique needs and strengths of each client. She works with all clients above the age of 16, and has a special interest in working with LGBTQIA+, culturally diverse, and neurodiverse populations. Callista is committed to fostering strong therapeutic relationships to help clients lead more authentic and fulfilling lives.

Callista is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies including EMDR, DBT, CBT, CBT-E, CPT, and ACT. She integrates parts work and is currently exploring IFS and somatic approaches. Her practice also includes schema-informed techniques like visualisation and empty chair work to support emotional processing and self-awareness.
