If you live on a property, in a small town or a regional centre, the nearest psychologist can be hours away, with a waitlist to match. We work by telehealth, so you can get support from your kitchen table, the ute or wherever you’ve got a quiet spot and a signal.
We see people aged 16 and over across rural, regional and remote Australia, with many clients in the Riverina and along the Murray. Choose your region below to see how we work with people in your area, and which local services can support you alongside us.
Regions we support
- Wagga Wagga & the Eastern Riverina: Wagga Wagga, Junee, Temora, Cootamundra, Gundagai, Tumut and surrounds
- Griffith & the MIA: Griffith, Leeton, Narrandera, Hay, Hillston, Coleambally and surrounds
- Albury–Wodonga & surrounds: Albury, Wodonga, Corowa, Holbrook, Culcairn and surrounds
Don’t see your area? We support people right across Australia by telehealth. Get in touch and we’ll talk you through it.
How telehealth works
Sessions run by secure video, or by phone if your internet isn’t up to it. You don’t need special equipment, just a phone, tablet or computer and somewhere private to talk. No one sees your car parked outside a clinic, and you don’t lose half a day to travel.
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates. Our Medicare referrals page explains what a valid referral needs.
Why reaching out earlier helps
In the country, many people wait until things feel unmanageable before getting support. Distance, cost, privacy and a strong “she’ll be right” culture all play a part. Reaching out earlier can give you more choice about how and when you get support. You don’t need to wait until you’re in crisis to talk to someone.
