Work with us
Join a Practice That Puts People First
At Regenerative Psychology, we know that good mental-health care starts with a healthy, supported team. If you’re a psychologist looking for a more balanced, meaningful way to work, especially one grounded in rural, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming values, you might just belong here.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from registered or provisional psychologists who:
- Hold an ABN (or are willing to obtain one) for contracting with us under our service agreement
- Are registered with AHPRA (or eligible) and hold professional indemnity insurance
- Hold, or are eligible to obtain, a Medicare provider number
- Are committed to providing respectful, context-aware mental health care
- Understand the realities of rural and regional clients (telehealth, geographic isolation, diverse needs)
- Are interested in providing therapy, assessments, or both, and enjoy working collaboratively within a connected clinician community
- Value clear documentation, professional communication, and thoughtful case management
What We Offer Our Team
- Flexible working arrangements that help you maintain balance, set your own fees, and control your caseload and schedule.
- Monthly drop-in group supervision, with the option to access additional individual supervision (including with a board-approved supervisor) for a fee, plus ongoing peer support.
- Practice-provided systems — including Halaxy and telehealth via Google Meet — and administrative support, so you spend your time doing what matters most: client work.
- A friendly, collaborative team that values professional growth, curiosity, and compassion.
- Access to a referral network across rural, regional, and metropolitan clients.
- Opportunities to shape your role according to your professional interests and strengths — therapy, assessments, or specialised work through Rural Mind Matters, our boutique EAP for rural and regional workplaces.
- Connection to a values-led practice that emphasises regenerative care, relational respect, neuroaffirming and trauma-aware practice, and work-life sustainability.
Why Join Regenerative Psychology
Choosing to work with us means being part of a practice that:
- Takes rural mental health seriously — delivering accessible care via telehealth while honouring the unique challenges and strengths of regional life.
- Is grounded in Regenerative Care, Collaborative Empowerment, Compassionate Integrity, and Contextual Responsiveness — not just as ideals, but as the foundation for how we work with clients and clinicians.
- Values your wellbeing as a clinician: manageable caseloads, supportive supervision, and a team culture that understands burnout and aims to prevent it.
- Offers meaningful, varied clinical work — from therapy to assessments, neurodivergent support, trauma-informed care, and more.
