Clinically, I predominantly use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I integrate these modalities within a person centred, trauma informed framework to ensure care is respectful, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s strengths and context. I work with all age groups presenting with anxiety, depressive disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. It is important to me that my clients feel heard and are working towards goals that are meaningful to them.

Pinar is fluent in English and Turkish.
