A Structured, Supportive Pathway for Couples
A Structured, Supportive Pathway for Couples
Couples Therapy with Callista
Supporting rural, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, polyamorous / ENM and culturally diverse couples through meaningful connection and change.
Our couples therapy program is designed to support relational growth, healing, and communication. Whether you’re navigating long-standing challenges, feeling stuck in communication patterns, or adjusting to a life transition, this structured format creates space for both joint exploration and individual reflection.
Sessions are conducted via Telehealth and couples can attend together from one location or separately from different places. If attending from the same location, we recommend attending from two separate spaces where possible.
Who this is for
Couples therapy may help if you’re:
- Struggling to communicate without conflict or withdrawal
- Navigating trust ruptures, betrayal, or emotional disconnection
- Adjusting to new life stages — parenting, career shifts, relocation
- Exploring neurodivergence, identity or past trauma within the relationship
- Wanting to grow together with more intentionality and emotional insight
We particularly welcome rural, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, polyamorous / ENM and culturally diverse couples.
