Callista Goh,

Registered psychologist

I’m Callista (she/her), a registered psychologist committed to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care — tailored to the unique experiences and strengths of each person. I work with clients aged 16 +, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating complex life challenges.

I draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, CBT-E, CPT, and ACT. I also integrate parts-work and explore somatic and internal-system methods (including schema-informed techniques like visualisation and “empty-chair” work) to support deeper emotional processing and self-awareness.

My practice style is grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine collaboration. I believe therapy works best when we honour your lived experience — you set the pace, and together we work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
