Fees

The AAPi recommended fee for 2025-26 is $330 for a 40-60 minute session.

Our fees are vary depending on which practitioner you work with.

Director / Principal Psychologist:

  • $225 – 50 minute session

Registered Psychologist / Clinical Registrar:

  • $205 – 50 minute session
  • $315 – 80 minute EMDR processing session

Couples Therapy:

  • $250 – 50 minute session
  • $400 – 90 minute session

Private clients are able to engage with us without a referral. If you are a member of a private health fund, you may be able to claim directly with your insurer (please note, we are unable to process claims on your behalf).

To access Medicare rebates you will require a Mental Health Care Plan / Eating Disorder Plan and valid referral from your treating doctor / psychiatrist.
The 2025-2026 Medicare rebate is $98.95. This can be processed on your behalf by Regenerative Psychology.

Services for individuals 16+ who are self and / or plan managed under the NDIS.

Suitable for people with physical disability looking to increase quality of life, or mental health presentations such as, but not limited to:

  • Trauma including: PTSD, C-PTSD
  • Borderline personality disorder (BPD)
  • Eating disorders
  • Dissociative identity disorder (DID)
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
We provide: Comcare, NSW Workers Compensation, NSW CTP, WorkSafe Victoria, TAC (Victoria), WorkCover QLD

A referral from your treating doctor is required.

Insurer approval may also be required prior to commencing treatment.

White and Gold card holders are able to access DVA funding with a valid referral from their treating doctor. Some services may require pre-approval.

DVA funding allows for both face to face and Telehealth services.

Cancellations within 24 hours attract a 50% cancellation fee. We request that you provide as much notice of a cancellation as possible due to high demand for services.

Fees are subject to increase at the discretion of Regenerative Psychology. All existing clients will be provided with six weeks notice of updated fees applicable to them via email.
